By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Parents2Be International (trading as Parents2be.intl) is a digital content business providing educational resources for new and expectant fathers. We are based in the United Kingdom.

2. Products and Services
We offer digital products designed to support paternal wellbeing and postpartum education. Our products include:
- The New Father's Postpartum Code - a digital guide (PDF format), priced at £47 GBP
- The 7 Signs - a free downloadable digital guide available via email opt-in
All products are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, your digital product will be delivered immediately and automatically via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. You will receive access to your purchase at the email address provided at checkout. No manual intervention is required.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address at the time of purchase. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials and products offered by us - including text, graphics, PDFs and other digital content - are the intellectual property of Parents2Be International and are protected by copyright law.
By purchasing our products, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the material for your own personal use only. You may not:
- Share, reproduce, or distribute our products without written permission
- Resell or commercially exploit any of our products
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials
6. Disclaimer
Our products are for educational and informational purposes only. The content of The New Father's Postpartum Code and related materials does not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. We are not licensed healthcare professionals.

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes resulting from use of our products.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Parents2Be International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
